Her unique sales methods quickly uncover “performance gaps” and successfully manages performance transitions to better align with company goals.
With more than 20 years of sales experience, Cindi has devoted her career to sales including her previous experience as Director of Sales at Time Warner Cable Business Class, tw telecom and Regional Trainer at Windstream. Cindi’s passion and knowledge helps motivate her clients towards taking action and positions them in achieving sustainable success records. With a strong background in delivering training and coaching, Cindi has been consistently successful in developing sales teams in exceeding their business objectives.
Giving back to the community is one of Cindi’s top priorities. She is currently on the board, serving as Director of Corporate Membership for Tech Rochester and 10 year veteran as a tax preparer and trainer for C.A.S.H organization, and several other committees that have helped Rochester grow.
Cindi has a BS degree from SUNY @Oswego and an MBA degree from St. John Fisher College.
